A Delicious Dish with Sustainable Fish
Defrost as many fillets as you want to cook. For this video I plated one, but in reality I ate two.
Preheat oven to 350
Slice a lemon and place slices on the bottom of a glass baking pan.
Place the fillets skin side down on the lemon slices and season with sea salt.
Roast for 12-14 minutes.
Squeeze a half lemon over each fillet.
Serve with a salad!
