Event Photography!

Do you have an event that you are organizing and need someone to take compelling and useful photographs to document the day? Jake J. Thomas Photo specializes in a multi-faceted approach to event photography. Three main things you will want to capture on the day of your event include the following: portraits of people, product photography of the things at your event, and a photojournalist-style candid documenting of the event overall. Each of these content categories is crucial to showing off the success of your big day.

Depending on the size of your event, we provide a range of coverage options.

  • For events with 10-12 vendors 2 hours will suffice. This will cost $480 for a digital album of 80-100 edited images. Vendors can expect 4-6 photos.
  • For events with 12-18 vendors, a half day is recommended. This will cost $920 and will include 180-220 edited images delivered in a digital album. Vendors can expect 6-8 photos of their business at the event.
  • For anything exceeding 20 vendors, a full day is recommended. One full day of event photography including editing is $1,720 and will include 400-440 edited images of the event. Each vendor can expect 8-10 photos of their booth, people, and offerings.
